Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen spinach
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup baby shrimp
  • 1 package dry soup mix

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Thaw the spinach, then squeeze out as much water as possible.
2 In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. You can also use a food processor for a smoother consistency. Be cautious not to over-process.
3 Stir in the dry soup mix, chopped water chestnuts, and red onion until well combined.
4 Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
5 Before serving, gently fold in the baby shrimp into the dip mixture.
6 Cut off the top of the loaf of bread and hollow it out, reserving the lid and inner bread chunks.
7 Fill the hollowed bread shell with the prepared dip. Serve alongside the reserved bread chunks, an assortment of crackers, and carrot sticks.
