Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen spinach
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup baby shrimp
- 1 package dry soup mix
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | Thaw the spinach, then squeeze out as much water as possible. |
2 | In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish. You can also use a food processor for a smoother consistency. Be cautious not to over-process. |
3 | Stir in the dry soup mix, chopped water chestnuts, and red onion until well combined. |
4 | Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. |
5 | Before serving, gently fold in the baby shrimp into the dip mixture. |
6 | Cut off the top of the loaf of bread and hollow it out, reserving the lid and inner bread chunks. |
7 | Fill the hollowed bread shell with the prepared dip. Serve alongside the reserved bread chunks, an assortment of crackers, and carrot sticks. |
