Title: Beef Teriyaki – #Bandung_RecookSenyRoss
Ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 packet of teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sweet soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Complementary Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- Seasoning (MSG-free), to taste
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Steps:
- Marinate the thinly sliced beef with the teriyaki sauce, sweet soy sauce, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant. Then add the marinated beef along with the marinade. Pour in some water and add the seasoning.
- Cook until the beef becomes tender and the sauce reduces to your desired consistency. Adjust the taste as necessary.
- Once cooked, serve the beef teriyaki hot, garnished with sesame seeds. Enjoy your meal!
