Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2-3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice all vegetables as directed.
  2. Place the sliced veggies in a large resealable plastic bag.
  3. Add McCormick’s seasoning and garlic powder to the bag.
  4. Seal the bag and toss the veggies to evenly distribute the seasoning.
  5. Add the extra virgin olive oil to the bag.
  6. Reseal the bag and toss the veggies again to coat them evenly with the oil.
  7. Pour the seasoned veggies into a medium-sized foil pan.
  8. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, puncturing the foil a few times with a knife to create vents.
  9. Place the foil pan on medium fire for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
  10. Cook longer if desired, adjusting the cooking time according to your preference.
