Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 broccoli
- 2-3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Wash and slice all vegetables as directed.
- Place the sliced veggies in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Add McCormick’s seasoning and garlic powder to the bag.
- Seal the bag and toss the veggies to evenly distribute the seasoning.
- Add the extra virgin olive oil to the bag.
- Reseal the bag and toss the veggies again to coat them evenly with the oil.
- Pour the seasoned veggies into a medium-sized foil pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil, puncturing the foil a few times with a knife to create vents.
- Place the foil pan on medium fire for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the veggies are tender and slightly charred.
- Cook longer if desired, adjusting the cooking time according to your preference.
