| Galangal | 2 cm |
| Kaffir Lime Leaves | 2 leaves |
| Bay Leaves | 2 leaves |
| Salt | To taste |
| Mushroom Powder | To taste |
Instructions
- In a pan, sauté the ground spices along with the galangal, bay leaves, and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
- Add the smoked tofu and the fried tofu, stirring to combine, then season with salt and mushroom powder. Cook until the flavors meld.
- Pour in the instant coconut milk, adjust seasoning as needed, and the dish is ready to serve.
