Instructions:

    • Steam the spinach until just wilted, approximately 4 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool enough to handle.
  2. Preheat the Oven:

    • Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Prepare the Parcels:

    • Tear off 4 pieces of parchment paper or aluminum foil, each about 12″x 18″.
    • Place a piece of parchment paper on your counter and add 1/4 of the spinach in the center.
