Soto-Flavored Oats with Hard-Boiled Egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet Soto-flavored oats (Quaker)
  • 1 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 teaspoon sambal (I use fried tomato sambal)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, cook the Soto-flavored oats with 175 ml of water. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure an even consistency.

  2. Once cooked, transfer the oats into a serving bowl. Allow them to cool to a warm temperature.

  3. Slice the hard-boiled egg and gently place the slices on top of the oats.

  4. Add a teaspoon of sambal over the egg and oats, adjusting the amount to taste.

  5. Serve immediately while still warm for the best flavor and texture. Enjoy your comforting and unique dish!
