Soto-Flavored Oats with Hard-Boiled Egg
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet Soto-flavored oats (Quaker)
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 teaspoon sambal (I use fried tomato sambal)
Instructions:

In a saucepan, cook the Soto-flavored oats with 175 ml of water. Simmer for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure an even consistency.

Once cooked, transfer the oats into a serving bowl. Allow them to cool to a warm temperature.

Slice the hard-boiled egg and gently place the slices on top of the oats.

Add a teaspoon of sambal over the egg and oats, adjusting the amount to taste.

Serve immediately while still warm for the best flavor and texture. Enjoy your comforting and unique dish!
