2 cups soyabeans 1 tbsp oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp ajwain seeds
2 tsp red chili powder 1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp salt 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Handful of cilantro leaves, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Soyabean Dumplings:

    • To begin making this excellent, very healthy, and nutritious dish, first, take a big bowl.
    • Put into this bowl all the ingredients mentioned under ‘soyabean dumplings’ (except oil).
    • Mix well, using your hands.
    • Make small round balls out of this mixture.
    • Keep aside.
  2. Prepare Tomato Sauce:

    • Now, begin preparing the tomato sauce.
    • For this, put oil in a pan.
    • Add ajwain seeds and allow them to splutter.
    • Once they begin to splutter, add the remaining ingredients (except cilantro).
    • Stir well.
    • Allow it to come to a boil.
    • Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for a few minutes, then gradually increase the heat to let it come to a final boil.
