  1. Begin by cracking the eggs into a bowl and whisking them until well combined and slightly frothy.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the butter over medium heat until melted and bubbly.
  3. Add the sliced spring onions to the pan and sauté until softened, releasing their sweet aroma.
  4. Incorporate the diced mushrooms and chopped tomato, cooking for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender and infused with flavor.
  5. Sprinkle in the garam masala, chopped green chillis, chilli powder, and salt, stirring briefly to combine before adding the whisked eggs. Continue stirring gently to scramble the eggs to your desired level of doneness.
