Instructions:

  1. Spray a large nonstick saucepan with vegetable oil spray.

  4. Add the canned vegetable broth and 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro; bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce the heat; cover and simmer until the flavors blend, approximately 15 minutes.
