Savory Egg Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 5 green chilies, chopped
- Freshly chopped scallions, to taste
- Freshly chopped celery, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
