Title: Jeletet Murni’s Spicy Chicken Bone Seblak
Ingredients:
- 1 handful of boiled crackers (drained and soaked in plain water)
- 1 chicken leg (boiled with garlic powder, ground ginger, ground pepper, sugar, and salt, then drained)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 stalk of green onions (sliced)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 clove of shallot
- 1 candlenut
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp galangal powder
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Ground pepper, to taste
- A little water
Steps:

Grind shallot, garlic, candlenut, salt, sugar, ground pepper, chili powder, and galangal powder into a smooth paste.

Sauté the ground spice paste and green onions until fragrant. Add the boiled chicken, then stir well.

Add enough water and bring to a boil.
