Ayam Geprek Brutal Recipe
Ingredients:
- 65g chicken fillet
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 bird’s eye chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1 red chili
- Crispy chicken flour (Kobe brand or similar)

Begin by taking the chicken fillet and seasoning it with a pinch of black pepper. Coat the chicken with crispy flour, dip it in water, and then coat it with crispy flour again. This double coating will give the chicken a nice, crispy texture. -
Fry the Chicken:
Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated chicken into the oil. Fry the chicken until the coating turns a golden brown. Be sure to maintain a medium heat to avoid burning the coating while ensuring the chicken cooks thoroughly. -
Prepare the Sambal:
