Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Onion and Spinach Mixture:
    Start by heating 1 tablespoon of oil in a wide pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the finely chopped garlic and green chillies. Sauté for about a minute, making sure not to burn them.
    Next, add the chopped onion to the pan and cook until it turns a light golden brown.
    Add the chopped spinach and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Stir occasionally and cook until the spinach wilts and softens. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

  2. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) to prepare for baking.

  3. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup oil, milk, and curd. Mix well until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  4. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

  5. Make the Dough:
    Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing gently to avoid lumps. Once combined, add the cooled onion and spinach mixture into the batter and mix well to incorporate.
