Ingredients

100 ml Water
3 tablespoons Cooking oil
2 Kaffir lime leaves

4 cloves Shallots
3 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Salt
15 Curly green chilies
5 Bird’s eye green chilies

Instructions

  1. Begin by blending the shallots, garlic, salt, curly green chilies, and bird’s eye chilies into a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the spice paste until fragrant, releasing its wonderful aroma.
  3. Add the water, kaffir lime leaves, granulated sugar, and seasoning. Allow the mixture to simmer until it reaches a rolling boil.
