Ingredients:

  • 2 whole gurami fish, cut into pieces
  • 6 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 8 green chilies, thinly sliced
  • 3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions:
