Ayam Sambal Matah Kecap Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- Ground Spices:
- Salt, to taste
- Turmeric, to taste
- Coriander, to taste
- Sliced Spices:
- 7 bird’s eye chilies
- 5 shallots
- Additional Ingredients:
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce (kecap asin), 1 tablespoon
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying

Prepare the Chicken:
- Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly and coat them with the ground spices mixture. Let them marinate for a few moments to allow the flavors to infuse.

- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until they are cooked through and golden brown. Once done, remove them from the oil and drain on paper towels.
