Ingredients
- 7 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and fried
- 15 petai beans
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 cm galangal, crushed

- 8 large red chilies
- 15 red bird’s eye chilies
- 7 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and ensure they are ready for cooking. Peel and fry the hard-boiled eggs until golden brown, then set aside.
- Blend the Spices: In a blender, combine the large red chilies, red bird’s eye chilies, shallots, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
