  • A small amount of shrimp paste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Cut the tofu and salted fish into small cubes. Slice the garlic, shallots, green chilies, tomato, and red chili. Chop the bird’s eye chilies and galangal.

  2. Fry the Tofu: Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until they are half cooked. Remove and set aside.
