Ayam Yakiniku (Stir-Fried)
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets (meat only)
- 1 lemon (for marinating chicken)
- Stir-fry Seasonings:
- 3 red chilies (sliced)
- 2 green chilies (sliced)
- 1 stalk spring onion (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Ground Spices (divided):
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
Instructions:

Clean the chicken fillets and briefly marinate them with lemon juice. Rinse thoroughly afterwards.

Coat the chicken fillets with half of the ground spices.

Stir-fry the stir-fry seasonings until fragrant. Set aside.

Stir-fry the remaining ground spices until fragrant, then add the chicken and enough water.

When the chicken is nearly cooked, add the stir-fried seasonings. Cook briefly to ensure the chilies and onions remain crisp.

Serve hot.
Notes: For a teriyaki twist, increase the amount of sweet soy sauce according to taste preference.
