Ingredients:
- 6 Papuyu Fish (Papuyu Fish)
- 3 Shallots
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Bird’s Eye Chilies
- 2 Large Red Chilies
- 1 Toasted Shrimp Paste (Terasi)
- Optional: Ramania or Gandaria Fruit
- Salt to taste

Prepare the Fish:
- Begin by frying the Papuyu fish until cooked through. Once done, set the fish aside.
