Sambal Udang Petai Tempe: A Flavorful Delight from Dapur Mamah Cantik

Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Clean the shrimp by removing their heads and set aside.
- Prep the Petai: Split the petai pods in half and set aside.
- Prepare the Tempe: Dice the tempe into small cubes and fry until crispy.
- Make the Spice Paste: Blend the ground chili, garlic, shallots, and tomato until smooth.
- Sauté the Mixture: In a pan, heat some cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the spice paste until the raw smell dissipates, about 5-7 minutes.
- Cook the Shrimp: Add the cleaned shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until they change color.
- Add Liquid: Pour in one glass of water and bring to a boil.
- Incorporate the Petai: After boiling for about 5 minutes, add the petai to the pan.
- Finish with Tempe: Finally, add the fried tempe and stir until the mixture thickens.
