Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Chicken Eggs 4 large
Red Onions 3, finely chopped
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Chili Peppers 3 (adjust for spice level)
Sweet Soy Sauce To taste
Ketchup To taste
Salt A pinch
Sugar To taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and let them cook for 20 minutes. Once done, transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool quickly before peeling.

  2. Prepare the Sauce: While the eggs are cooling, blend the chili peppers, red onions, and garlic into a fine paste. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.

  3. Cook the Spice Mixture: In a pan over medium heat, sauté the blended spices until dry and aromatic. Then, pour in the sweet soy sauce and ketchup, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Adjust sweetness with sugar if desired.

  4. Combine and Serve: Cut the boiled eggs in half and gently place them into the sauce, allowing them to absorb the flavors for a few moments. Serve warm, garnished with additional chili if desired.

Enjoy this flavorful dish as a delightful addition to your table!
