Stir-Fried Cabbage with Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 3 large eggs
- 1 shallot
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 red chilies (adjust to taste)
- Salt, to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder (or Royco), to taste
- Oil, for sautéing
