Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the palm sugar in water, adjusting the sweetness by adding more or less water as desired.
- Add Tamarind: Once dissolved, stir in the tamarind water and a pinch of salt. Allow the mixture to cool.
