Beef Teriyaki Lada Hitam Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg thinly sliced beef
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 shallot, grated
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 packets of teriyaki sauce (such as Saori brand)
- Black pepper powder, to taste
- Cooking oil, as needed
- Water, as needed
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 3 red curly chilies, sliced
- Beef bouillon powder, to taste (Masako brand or similar)
Instructions:
- Begin by boiling the beef in a pot of water until it is tender. This initial step helps to soften the meat and remove excess impurities.
- Heat a splash of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and shallot, sautéing until they release their aromatic fragrance.
- Incorporate the pre-cooked beef into the pan along with the teriyaki sauce. Pour in enough water to just cover the meat. Stir well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the sauce.
- Add the sliced green and red chilies to the pan, along with a pinch of beef bouillon powder and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until the chilies release their spicy aroma and the flavors meld together.
- Add the sliced onion to the pan, stirring briefly just until the onion starts to soften.
- Remove from heat and serve hot, enjoying the rich blend of teriyaki flavors and spicy kick from the chilies.
