Mash the Bananas:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas thoroughly until smooth. This forms the base of the batter. -
Make the Batter:
Add the rice flour, maida, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder, ground cashews, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas. Then, pour in the jaggery syrup and mix everything well. Gradually add about 1 cup of water to achieve a thick, smooth pancake batter consistency. -
Cook the Dosas:
