- Clean the milkfish thoroughly. Rub it with lime juice to eliminate any fishy odor. Set aside.
- Grind the ingredients for Spice Mix A: 5 cloves of shallots, 3 cloves of garlic, and 1 inch of turmeric until smooth.
- Slice the ingredients for Spice Mix B: 9 cloves of shallots, 4 cloves of garlic, and 1 inch of turmeric.
