Bake Meatballs:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through. (I usually start preparing the sauce about 15 minutes into the meatballs baking).
-
Prepare Sauce:
- While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tangy sauce. In a saucepan, combine the catsup and dried oregano. Cook over medium heat until the catsup is heated through and the oregano flavor infuses into the sauce.
-
Combine and Serve:
- Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and drain any excess grease.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the prepared sauce in the saucepan. Gently stir until the meatballs are evenly coated with the tangy sauce.
- Serve hot, and enjoy the delicious tangy meatballs!
