- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- A pinch of broth seasoning (Royco)
- Sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis), to taste
- Village chicken broth, as needed
- Cooking oil, as needed
