Note: This recipe doesn’t include additional salt as the tortilla chips and meatloaf already contain salt. However, be mindful of the saltiness as it can easily tip the scale if you’re not careful.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 bag of tortilla chips
- 3 cups cooked meatloaf, broken into bite-size pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack pepper cheese
- 1/4 cup chili (your favorite kind)
- 1 1/2 cups enchilada sauce

Instructions:
