Ingredients

Ingredient | Quantity |
---|---|
Mango | 500g |
Sugar | 60g |
Lime juice | 40g |
Almond milk | 280g |
Instructions
-
Prepare the Mango
Begin by peeling the mango using a vegetable peeler. Slice it into small chunks and set aside. -
Juice the Limes
Cut the limes in half and squeeze out the juice into the blender, ensuring no seeds make their way in. You’ll need approximately 40g of lime juice. -
Blend the Ingredients
Add the mango chunks and sugar into the blender with the lime juice. Blend until the mango is reduced to a smooth puree. -
Add the Almond Milk
Pour in the almond milk and blend again until all the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. -
Fill the Popsicle Molds
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, making sure to leave about 1-2 millimeters of space at the top. This allows room for the liquid to expand as it freezes. -
Insert the Sticks
Place the molds in the freezer and insert a wooden popsicle stick into each mold through the hole in the lid. Ensure each stick is centered and positioned correctly. -
Freeze the Popsicles
Freeze the molds for at least 3 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen. -
Release the Popsicles
After the popsicles are frozen, carefully remove the lids. If needed, briefly run warm water over the outside of the mold to loosen the popsicles, being cautious not to wet the popsicles themselves. -
Serve and Enjoy!
Your homemade mango and lime popsicles are now ready to be enjoyed! Refreshing, fruity, and perfect for a hot day.
