Ingredients:
- 150 grams of lean beef, thinly sliced (partially frozen for easier slicing)
- 1 medium onion, sliced into 1 cm rings
Seasonings:
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cm piece of ginger, finely chopped
- Soy sauce
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
- Oyster sauce
- 1 sachet of Saori teriyaki sauce
- Salt and sugar, to taste

- Thinly slice the beef while it is partially frozen to make slicing easier. Set aside.
- Slice the onion into 1 cm rings. Set aside.

Cook the Aromatics:
- Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.

Stir-Fry the Beef and Onion:
- Add the sliced onion and beef to the pan. Stir-fry quickly, making sure to mix everything well and cook the beef until it is browned.

Add the Sauces:
- Pour in the soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Saori teriyaki sauce. Stir well to coat the beef and onion with the sauces.
