Ingredients:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces of iceberg lettuce, pre-washed and pre-torn, if preferred
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Garlic salt, to taste (optional)

Instructions:
