- 150 grams ground beef
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Margarine, for cooking
- Burger buns
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced tomatoes
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
- Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Instructions:
-
Prepare the Patty Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, tapioca flour, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated. -
Shape and Cook the Patties:
Form the mixture into round, flat patties. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of margarine. Cook the patties on each side until they are well-browned and cooked through. Just before the patties are done, place a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each patty. Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Once the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside. -
Toast the Burger Buns:
In the same skillet, add a small amount of margarine and toast the burger buns until they are golden brown. -
Assemble the Burger:
Place the bottom half of the toasted burger bun on a plate. Layer with sliced cucumbers, sliced tomatoes, a dollop of ketchup, a dollop of mayonnaise, and the cheese-topped patty. Finish with the top half of the toasted burger bun. -
Serve:
Your homemade beef burger is now ready to enjoy. Serve immediately while the cheese is still warm and gooey.
