Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
All-purpose flour 1/2 kg
Salt 2 tablespoons
Baking powder 2 tablespoons
Cooking oil 8 tablespoons
Indomilk milk sachets 2 sachets
Warm water 2 cups
Lettuce, tomato, cucumber To taste
Eggs 6
Pepper To taste
Mayonnaise, chili sauce, and ketchup To taste
Sausages 10

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and cooking oil. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a separate container, prepare the milk by mixing the sachets with 2 cups of warm water. Gradually pour this mixture into the flour mixture, stirring until combined.
  3. Knead the dough until it is smooth and no longer sticky, then form small balls of your desired size.
  4. Once the dough is shaped, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. After resting, roll each dough ball into thin kebab skins using a rolling pin.
  6. Cook the kebab skins in a non-stick pan without oil until lightly browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
  7. While the skins cool, prepare thin omelets using the 6 eggs, slicing each omelet into two pieces.
  8. To assemble, take a kebab skin and layer it with lettuce, a piece of omelet, cucumber, tomato, and a sausage. Roll it up tightly.
  9. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Serve your delicious homemade Kebab Telor Dadar warm.

Enjoy your culinary adventure!
