Instructions:

  2. Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, whisk together the golden brown sugar, sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and ginger until well blended.

  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add the canned pumpkin, molasses, eggs, and heavy cream to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.

  4. Fill Crust: Pour the pumpkin filling into the frozen pie crusts, dividing it evenly between the two crusts.

  5. Bake: Place the pies on the preheated baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 10 minutes at 450ยฐF (230ยฐC). Then, reduce the heat to 325ยฐF (160ยฐC) and continue baking for about 40 minutes, or until the edges are puffed and the center is just set.
