Ingredients:

  3. Boil and Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Optional Ingredient Addition: If using leeks, add them to the pot along with fresh parsley. Continue simmering for an additional 15 minutes.

  5. Adjust Consistency: Add water according to your desired soup consistency. Stir well to incorporate.
