Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized sardine fish
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chili or tomato sauce
  • 1 lime
  • Salt and sugar, to taste
  • Seasoning, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sardines: Start by thoroughly cleaning the sardine fish, removing the heads, and rinsing them under cold water. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the fish to eliminate any fishy odor and let them sit for a while.
