- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

Instructions:

- Cook the long-grain rice with salt to taste and allow it to cool. Ensure the grains are separate.
- Heat oil in a wok and add mustard seeds. Lower the heat.
- Once the seeds splutter, add roasted peanuts, turmeric powder, and cayenne pepper powder. Remove from heat.
- Add the cooled rice to the mixture.
- Squeeze the juice of two lemons onto the rice and carefully stir to incorporate, avoiding breaking the rice grains.
- Adjust the lemon juice according to taste preference.
- Serve with coconut chutney, mint chutney, tomato ketchup, and potato crisps.
