Ingredients:
- 6 chicken wings, halved
- 125 ml full cream milk
- 1 lemon
- 1 packet of crispy chicken seasoning flour (such as Sasa brand)
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
Optional Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Ibu Jari chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon Indofood Bangkok sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for a richer flavor)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:
- Season the chicken wings with salt, sugar, and black pepper.
- In a bowl, mix full cream milk with the juice of one lemon.
- Marinate the seasoned chicken wings in the milk and lemon mixture for at least 30 minutes. For best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
