Spicy Chicken with Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 small bunch of green onions, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons ABC spicy chili sauce (adjust to taste for extra heat)
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • Salt, sugar, and seasoning (optional), to taste
  • Approximately 100 ml water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Wash the chicken pieces thoroughly. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until it is partially cooked. Set aside.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Mince the garlic and chop the tomato. In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the garlic and tomato until fragrant.

  3. Add Sauce and Seasonings: Stir in the ABC spicy chili sauce, salt, sugar, and any additional seasoning you like. Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil.

  4. Combine and Cook: Add the partially cooked chicken to the sauce. Allow it to simmer until the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors meld together. Stir in the sliced green onions just before serving.

  5. Taste and Adjust: Check the seasoning and adjust if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
