Tumis Buncis Bakso Sapi (Stir-Fried Green Beans with Beef Meatballs)

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams green beans (buncis)
  • 6 baby corn (jagung putren)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 4 large green chilies
  • 4 red curly chilies
  • 4 bird’s eye chilies (optional, add more if you like it spicy)
  • 5 beef meatballs
  • Royco chicken or beef seasoning, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 50 ml water

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Slice the large green chilies, bird’s eye chilies, shallots, red curly chilies, garlic, and beef meatballs into desired sizes.
    • Cut the green beans and baby corn into bite-sized pieces according to your preference.
  2. Stir-Fry:

    • Heat a bit of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • SautΓ© the sliced green chilies, bird’s eye chilies, shallots, red curly chilies, and garlic until fragrant and slightly softened.
