Title: Cheesy Chicken Veggie Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken breast fillet, finely minced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 carrot, grated
- 75 grams grated cheese
- 40 ml water
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Ground coriander, to taste
- Seasoning, to taste
- For Coating:
- 5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour mixed with water (for binding)
- Cooking oil (for frying)
- Water (for steaming)
 
Instructions:
- 
Prepare for Steaming: - Bring a pot of water to a boil for steaming. Line the steaming tray with a clean kitchen towel to prevent sticking.

Mix the Ingredients: - In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, egg, all-purpose flour, grated carrot, grated cheese, water, finely chopped celery, salt, ground pepper, ground coriander, and seasoning. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Steam the Mixture: - Pour the mixture into a steaming tray, spreading it evenly. Steam over the boiling water for about 10 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean. Let it cool slightly.
