Ingredients:
- 1/4 pound green beans
- 1 large egg
- 10 Thai bird chilies
- 2 large green chilies
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste

- 1 thumb-sized piece of galangal, smashed
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
