Sweet and Spicy Sausage, Egg, and Nugget Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sausage, finely chopped
  • 2 fried nuggets, cut into pieces
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Band margarine (or any margarine/butter of your choice)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather and prepare all the ingredients. Chop the sausage finely, cut the fried nuggets into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the green onion.

  2. Cook the Eggs: In a non-stick skillet, heat the Blue Band margarine over medium heat until melted. Pour in the eggs, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and scramble until just set. Remove the eggs from the skillet and set aside.
