Rolled Teflon Omelette with Fresh Herbs

Teflon Rolled Omelette (Telur Dadar Gulung Teflon)

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • A small amount of celery
  • 1 stalk of green onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Finely chop the celery and green onion.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
  3. Prepare a 20cm diameter round Teflon pan or a rectangular Teflon pan for frying the eggs.
  4. Add a little oil to the pan and spread it evenly with a brush.
  5. Pour one ladle of the egg mixture into the pan and swirl it to cover the surface evenly.
  6. Wait until the egg is almost cooked, then roll it up in the pan using chopsticks.
  7. Pour another ladle of the egg mixture into the pan and roll it up again.
  8. Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used up.
  9. Remove the rolled omelette from the pan.
  10. Cut the omelette into bite-sized pieces.
