Crispy Omelet (Telur Dadar Krispi)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Royco seasoning (or any seasoning mix you prefer)
  • Instant batter flour
  • Bread crumbs

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, adding a pinch of salt, black pepper, and Royco seasoning for enhanced flavor. Continue whisking until the mixture is well combined and slightly frothy.

  2. Cook the Omelet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly to form a thin omelet. Cook until the edges are golden and the center is set. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  3. Prepare the Coating: In a separate bowl, prepare the dipping batter by mixing instant batter flour with a small amount of water until it reaches a smooth consistency.
