Description:

These delightful Easy Cinnamon Sugar Muffins are not only a breeze to make but also incredibly satisfying to devour. With just a handful of simple ingredients, you can whip up a batch of these fluffy treats in no time. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or anytime you’re craving a touch of sweetness. Plus, they’re budget-friendly and sure to be a hit with the whole family – my sister can’t get enough of them! 😊

Ingredients:

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 cups Water
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tbsp Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan or line it with cupcake papers for easier cleanup.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, all but about a tablespoon of sugar, half of the cinnamon, the butter, and 1 2/3 cups of water. Reserve the remaining sugar for later.

  3. Stir Until Smooth: Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth batter. If the batter seems too thick, you can gradually add more water until you reach your desired consistency.

  4. Fill Muffin Pan: Use a ladle to distribute the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup to your preferred size.

  5. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Topping: In a smaller bowl, mix the remaining sugar with the remaining cinnamon. This will be your delicious topping.

  6. Add Topping: Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the tops of each muffin, adding an extra touch of sweetness and flavor.

  7. Bake: Place the muffin pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and cooked through. You can check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin – if it comes out clean, they’re ready!

  8. Serve and Enjoy: Once baked to perfection, remove the muffins from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. These muffins are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven, but they’re also delicious at room temperature.
