Egg Mayo Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • Mayonnaise, to taste
  • Sweetened condensed milk, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tomato

Steps:

  1. Begin by boiling the eggs until they are fully cooked. Once cooked, peel the eggs. Chop the egg whites and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolks thoroughly. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise, a dash of sweetened condensed milk, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir in the chopped egg whites, avocado slices, and tomato slices, mixing until well combined. Aim for a mixture that is not too soft to ensure a delightful texture.
  3. Lightly toast the white bread slices. Once toasted, spread the egg mixture generously over one slice. Cover with the other slice of bread.
  4. Cut the sandwich into triangles or your preferred shape. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious blend of flavors and textures in every bite.
