Egg Mayo Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of white bread
- 2 eggs
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Sweetened condensed milk, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tomato
Steps:

- Begin by boiling the eggs until they are fully cooked. Once cooked, peel the eggs. Chop the egg whites and set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the egg yolks thoroughly. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise, a dash of sweetened condensed milk, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt to taste. Stir in the chopped egg whites, avocado slices, and tomato slices, mixing until well combined. Aim for a mixture that is not too soft to ensure a delightful texture.
- Lightly toast the white bread slices. Once toasted, spread the egg mixture generously over one slice. Cover with the other slice of bread.
- Cut the sandwich into triangles or your preferred shape. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious blend of flavors and textures in every bite.
