Boiling water | 1/2 cup |
Green onion (finely chopped) | 1 stalk |

Prepare the Tofu: Cut each small tofu diagonally into two pieces and set aside.

Mix the Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the sago flour, all-purpose flour, mashed tofu, chopped green onion, Royco seasoning, flavor enhancer, salt, and pepper. Mix well, creating a well in the center.

Coat the Tofu: Take one piece of tofu and coat it with the Aci batter, ensuring it’s evenly covered. Repeat this process until all tofu pieces are coated.
